Our goal is for every one of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging along with your original packing slip, or invoice or confirmation email within 14 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange.
If the item is being returned because it is defective or damaged in any way, we will refund your entire order as well as any shipping costs in getting the item back to us, within 14 days of shipment. Should you notify us after fourteen days, a refund will be sent for the product, but no refund will be given for any applicable shipping costs.
If the item simply didn't meet with your expectations, but was otherwise as advertised, we will refund your order minus a 5% restocking fee as well as any applicable shipping fees (in getting the item to you or in having the item returned to us).
Please remember that, as a website, we cannot take responsibility for any differences in coloring between the picture of the item listed and the item received. Differences in coloring can be as simple as incorrect settings used on the camera that took the picture, different computer settings and/or a change in manufacturing. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.

A) Mail-in Returns
All items can be returned by mail (with US Postal Service or UPS). Shipping cost will be refunded only if the product was damaged during delivery or if the wrong item was shipped. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at: 347-645-9849 prior to returning item.
